Where we deliver

We deliver inside Egypt only. We are unable to ship orders outside Egypt.

Shipping cost

Shipping is not calculated on the website. After you place your order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the shipping cost for your address before anything is sent.

Delivery time

Most items are printed to order, so production time depends on the item and the quantity. We give you an estimate personally once we have seen your order, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Receiving your order

Please check your package when you receive it. If anything is damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of accepting delivery, with photos — see our Refund Policy.
