Do I pay on the website?
No. You place your order without paying, and we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm shipping and the deposit.
What is the deposit?
A percentage of your order total, shown at checkout. Paying it is what starts production. It is refundable until production starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on the item and the quantity. We give you an estimate once we have seen your order.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not at the moment — we deliver inside Egypt only.
Can I get a product in a different colour or size?
Yes — use the "Request a custom version" button on any product page, or send a custom request.
Can you print my own design?
Yes. Send a custom request with a description, photos, or a design file (.stl, .step, .stp or .3mf). Files are optional.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but screens show filament colours differently, so a slight difference is normal.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos, and we will agree the right fix with you — and we pay the return shipping.
