Who we are
This website is operated by Fabrica, a 3D-printing business based in Zagazig, El-Sharkia, Egypt. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +20 102 857 9258.
Orders
- Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. No payment is taken online.
- After you order, we contact you to confirm the shipping cost and the deposit. Your order is confirmed once we receive the deposit.
- Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Shipping is not included and is confirmed with you before shipping.
The deposit
A deposit — the percentage shown at checkout — is required to start production. It is refundable while your order has not started, and non-refundable once production begins.
Products
Most items are printed to order. Printed colours can differ slightly from a screen; a close match is not a defect. Small variations in surface finish are a normal part of 3D printing.
Returns
Defective or incorrect items are always put right, as described in our Refund Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Delivery
We deliver inside Egypt only. Delivery time is estimated individually for each order.
Custom requests
Custom requests are quoted individually. Files you send us remain your property and are used only for your request.
Coupons
One coupon can be used per order. A coupon may be withdrawn or expire, and is checked again when your order is placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
