Privacy Policy

Fabrica is a small 3D-printing business based in Zagazig, El-Sharkia, Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, and the items you ordered.
• When you send a custom request: your name, email address, optional phone number, your description, and any photos or design files you choose to attach.

We do not create customer accounts, and we do not take payment details on the website.

Why we collect it

Only to process and deliver your order or quote your custom request, and to contact you about it — usually on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

• The service providers that host the website and store its data (Netlify, Supabase) and protect its forms from spam (Cloudflare).
• A courier, at the point of delivery, who receives your name, phone number and address.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your design files

Files you upload are stored privately, are only accessible to us, and are used only to quote and produce your request. They remain your intellectual property; we do not share or reuse them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for our accounts and to handle any after-sales issue. Custom request files are archived once the request is closed.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 102 857 9258. If an order must be kept for our records, we remove your personal details from it instead.

Cookies and local storage

We use one cookie to remember your language, and your browser's local storage to keep your cart. The spam-protection check may set its own cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
